Guide on how to help someone who has experienced or is experiencing a traumatic relationship. If someone tells you they were sexually assaulted or are in a toxic relationship, remember that you might be the first person they have told. Your response helps determine whether they feel safe and supported telling others or seeking additional help. This guide encloses tips on how to be a good listener, on what to say and on what to avoid saying. It also lists helpful resources off and on campus (both in Madrid and Segovia).
