With this second study, titled Práctica y políticas de compliance y sostenibilidad en Ámerica Latina – Casos de estudio de Brasil, Chile y México, the analysis presented in the first study Radiografía de la cultura de compliance en las PYMEs españolas extends to Latin America.

Prepared by a superb team of researchers from IE University, it reflects the barriers, challenges, opportunities and best practices identified during the analysis of the reality of each of the countries examined and sets out the lessons learned, so that they can be applied in Latin America as well as in other parts of the world.

Throughout its pages, it shows how the concepts of compliance and sustainability are taking root in this region of the American continent, which has experienced significant economic and social advances over the past few decades, but still faces significant challenges in terms of sustainable development.
