Enrique Dans

“I AM STILL DEEPLY CONVINCED THAT EDUCATION IS ONE OF THE CLEAREST AND BETTER WAYS TO CHANGE THE WORLD. ALTHOUGH WE STILL NEED TO CHANGE A LOT OF THINGS FROM IT”

Enrique Dans is not afraid to admit that he likes to test all new technologies that reach the market. This is not only because of his great interest on electronic devices, it is also related to the way that the Professor approaches the study of technology and business: everything around him raise new ideas and theories.

Anyway, it is not a surprise that he uses this method, as it is perfectly based on the interests of the Professor Dans on the new economy, the impact of technology on the behavior of consumers and companies, and the consequences of the new technological developments for businesses in general.

My environment causes my investigation. I like analyzing how new technology impacts first on myself, I try to keep my investigation in touch with the real world. You need to have your feet on the ground.

The unceasing rivalry and the progress have driven human civilization into an unsustainable scenario of climatic emergency that makes their end something possible. That is why it is necessary to question the model we have been maintaining from the Industrial Revolution.

Knowing and understanding the changes that technology drives in consumer behavior is crucial for companies to adapt their business models correctly and maintain their competitiveness. Refusing to accept these changes and insisting on maintaining strategies that were valid at one time but are ineffective in the present and obsolete in the future is the best recipe for achieving a slow but inexorable disappearance.
